The tourist town of Marušiæi is located directly at the sea in the heart of Dalmatia, a part of the Croatian coastal region that is famous for its gorgeous beaches and its crystal-clear sea water. Marusici is nestled in a tranquil and pristine expanse of nature at the foot of the mountain Biokovo, from which a dense coniferous forest and wonderful Mediterranean vegetation extend. The town has its own grocery store, post office and several restaurants, all within a few minutes' walking distance.

The "Ivana" Apartments consist of 4 one-room and 2 two-room flats, all in one house. All the accommodations have their own entrance as well as a balcony or terrace with a direct view of the sea. In addition, the house has its own car park, which is accessible by stairs. The beach is only 100m away from the house.
